Cheap in price-....and material....
I'm giving this product a 3-star rating because, yes it is inexpensive--but the plastic button does not hold up well to normal (or even infrequent) use. It will last you several months, but not much more. The problem is that the button is connected to the case by flimsy plastic posts which weaken and then snap off over time, rendering the button useless. I was unable to get into my own garage this afternoon because the button just snapped off from the case due to this. I had to sit in my car disassembling the entire opener and depress the control inside manually.

However--I am ordering it again because a cheap case is less costly than replacing an entire garage door mechanism and/or a full replacement of the opener. This time I ordered 3 cases instead of just one--since I suspect this will be happening again--and again--due to the flimsy posts. They should be metal--I'd pay an extra 5 cents (which I presume is what the tiny metal posts would cost) in order to have a...

I had 3 or 4 of these remotes with the button broke
Obviously a POOR design
These have not improved on the cheap plastic button, but at least I did not have to buy the whole costly remotes.
