With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Product broke in 30 days, dealer does not want to guarantee it
This is a replacement gear case housing for a Stanley garage door opener. It broke 30 days after it was installed, but the dealer, Garage Intel, Inc., says the part has no factory warranty and that I have to contact Stanley about it, despite the fact they left the garage door opener business over a decade ago.
This dealer will not stand behind its product, which obviously had to be defective when it was delivered because I can't find anything else wrong with the garage door opener.
I cannot recommend the dealer, Garage Intel, Inc., to anybody.
[UPDATE]: The Better Business Bureau of Chicago said of the merchant, in its Jan. 28, 2013 letter: "The BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the aboved referenced case. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company."
The company still hasn't responsed otherwise, either.
I can't say Amazon has handled the matter any better because...
